Making the web work!

You may have noticed that this site hasnt been updated regularly. this is due mainly to a problem that I have been having in connecting to the site. It seems that only my PC is affected, since the site seems to work for everyone else. This has delayed a lot of the work that I had planned for this site. Read more below.

The good news is that due to taking on a new project involving a Japanese web site, I have had to set up a way to edit Japanese text on my development machine, which runs Linux. This meant setting up X-Windows and KDE, and included the installation of Firefox for Linux, so I now have another way to access this site. Hopefully that means I will be able to continue the work I had planned here.

The first thing I need to do is upgrade the site's underlying software, which has had a few new releases since the site was first set up, and then I can begin to work on the site itself. I have several new projects which I can share, and I will be adding them to the project manager here.
